How long will it take for my order to ship?
Each piece is lovingly handmade to order, like a tiny treasure crafted just for you. Please allow 2–4 business days for me to create and prepare your jewelry before it begins its journey to you.
What materials do you use?
I carefully select beautiful, high-quality materials including Czech crystal gems, stones, glass pearls, freshwater pearls, Japanese seed beads, premium glass beads, and 18k gold-filled findings.
Is your jewelry handmade?
Yes! Every piece is hand-beaded and assembled by me with care, attention, and a little bit of magic.
Do you offer custom pieces?
Sometimes! If you have a special idea in mind, feel free to send me a message. I'd love to hear your vision and see if it's something I can create.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your piece sparkling for years to come, please let water, perfumes, lotions, oils and any other harsh chemicals dry before wearing. Store it somewhere dry and safe when not being worn.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes! Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and I'll do my best to make things right.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once a piece has entered the creation process, and shipped, cancellations may no longer be available.
My package is delayed. What should I do?
Once your order leaves my hands, shipping times are controlled by the postal carrier. If your package seems unusually delayed, send me a message and I'll gladly help however I can.
How do I choose the right size?
Sizing information can be found on each product page. If you're unsure which size would fit best, feel free to reach out before ordering.
