At Dewlight Jewels, every piece is lovingly handmade with intention, care, and a touch of magic. My deepest wish is that your new treasure feels like it was meant just for you. If something doesn’t feel quite right, here’s how we can make it better — kindly and clearly.

Processing Time (Made With Love)

Each piece is made to order, specially crafted for you.

• Please allow 3–4 business days for your order to be created before it ships.
• Handmade magic takes time — thank you for your patience while your piece is lovingly prepared.

Shipping

Once your order leaves my hands and begins its journey to you:

• Shipping time varies by location
• You will receive a tracking number (if applicable) once your order ships

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees, as they depend on the postal service and destination.

🌙 Returns

If your piece doesn’t feel like “the one,” returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please email me here with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, your piece must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.

Important Notes:
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Items that show wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund

Exchanges

If your heart is still drawn to a different piece, exchanges are welcomed within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways (return + reship).

Once your original piece returns safely to me, your new treasure will be sent with love.

Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the postal service, it becomes part of the outside world’s magic — and unfortunately, out of my control.

Dewlight Jewels is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If your package seems to have wandered off, please contact your local post office or the shipping carrier directly, as they have the tools to locate it once it’s in their system.
