Orders & Processing

1. How long does it take to process my order?
Each piece of jewelry is handmade with care and passion. Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
I do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. However, if there is an error, please reach out immediately so I can correct it before shipping.

3. Do you accept custom jewelry requests?
At this time, I do not offer fully custom designs. However, if you need a bracelet in a different size, you can leave a note at checkout, and I’ll adjust it for you!

Shipping & Delivery

4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! I offer free shipping on all orders.

5. How do you ship orders?
I ship all orders via USPS.

6. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, I only ship Austria, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, and Sweden.

7. What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once the package is with USPS, I am not responsible for lost or stolen mail. If this happens, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Returns & Exchanges

8. Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in original, untouched condition, and customers must cover return shipping costs.

9. Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Exchanges are accepted within 7 days, but customers are responsible for the shipping costs.

Jewelry Care & Materials

10. What materials do you use for your jewelry?
I use high quality materials such as Japanese glass seed beads, glass pearls, Czech glass gems, Stainless Steel Findings, Brass 14k and 18k Gold Filled Findings. These materials ensure hypoallergenic, durability and beauty. (Please read description to know what material is used in each item)

11. Will your jewelry tarnish or turn my skin green?
My stainless steel bracelets are waterproof, 14k and 18k Golf Filled Findings take a very long time to tarnish depending on how you care for them. None of my  jewelry turns your skin green.

12. How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain the beauty of your jewelry:

  • Store it in the velvet pouch provided, or a jewelry box.

  • Avoid direct contact with water, let perfumes, and lotions dry before wearing.

  • Clean gently with the velvet cloth included in your package.


    Packaging & Gift Orders

    13. What comes with my order?
    Each order includes:

    • A velvet cloth for cleaning

    • A velvet pouch for storage (bracelets are not packaged inside)

    • Glittery themed stickers

    • A thank you note & care instructions

    • Sometimes, surprise gifts!

    14. Do you offer gift wrapping?
    My packaging is already beautifully themed and ready for gifting. If you’d like a special note included, leave a message at checkout!

    Jewelry Availability & Restocks

    15. Will sold out items be restocked?
    Since my jewelry is handmade, some designs are limited edition and may not be restocked. Follow my Instagram [@DewlightJewels] for restock updates!
