- We ship via USPS, and tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be impacted by the carrier.
- Dewlight Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are with the USPS. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local postal office directly.
Return Policy
- We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To qualify for a return, the item must be in great condition and untouched.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Items should be returned to the same address they were sent from.
Exchange Policy
- We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in original, unused condition to qualify for an exchange.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
